Anti-wrinkle injections, often known by brand names like Botox, are a non-surgical cosmetic procedure used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. These injections consist of a purified form of botulinum toxin type A, a neurotoxin that temporarily paralyzes or relaxes the muscles responsible for causing dynamic wrinkles.
Here’s how they work:
Anti-wrinkle injections are minimally invasive, and the procedure is quick, typically lasting just a few minutes. The results are gradual and natural-looking, preserving facial expression while reducing the signs of aging. While the effects are temporary and typically last for several months, follow-up injections can maintain the benefits, making them a popular choice for individuals seeking a more youthful appearance without undergoing surgery.
Consultation with a qualified healthcare professional can determine if anti-wrinkle injections are suitable for specific aesthetic goals.

There can be a slight sting with the injections, however, we endeavour to have the treatment completed efficiently and total treatment time is usually less than 5 minutes.
